At Home IT Solutions we are taking a great level of precaution due to the virus spreading in NZ of COVID-19 (Corona Virus)
Be assured we have in-place a strict hygiene policy of washing hands and wiping down surfaces that are in regular use at our Shop. We also wipe down your IT equipment before we commence work.
Due to the nature of our IT work being sometimes onsite we can not ignore the possible risk, therefore we have a few questions we will be asking before we go onsite. (see below) This protects you the client and our staff from spreading this highly infectious disease. Read the questions below and if you answer yes to any of them, we would recommend against on-site visit and if possible to utilize our Remote Support service (Team-viewer) instead of an onsite visit.
o Is anyone in the home sick with a fever or sore throat?
o Is anyone self-isolating?
o Has anyone been overseas in the past 14 days, or in close contact with anyone who has been overseas in the past 14 days?
o Has anyone been in close contact with someone who has been tested positive for COVID-19 or is awaiting a test result?
